Kate - Parisian lover - wedding dream focus was the French cuisine and a garden ceremony. Therefore - en toute simplicité - the wedding reception was hosted at George V with the 3 stars Michelin chef, Christian Le Squer. And the dessert was made by Simone Zanoni, 1 star Michelin chef. After memorable visits of venues with Kate and her mother, Kate and Ben trusted me for their dream ceremony in a very private intimate Parisian garden - CHUT we will keep the address private. The reception entrance is still one of my favorite with them on 2 horses! Yes, Kate is a horse lover (and now my son who is still playing with them). It is the best wedding dinner ever for all the guests (and even for me). I can't thank them enough for their trust in me!!
