Kate – a true Parisian lover – dreamed of a wedding centered on French haute cuisine and an intimate garden ceremony. Keeping it simple yet luxurious, the wedding reception took place at the George V, featuring a culinary experience by 3-star Michelin chef Christian Le Squer, with desserts crafted by 1-star Michelin chef Simone Zanoni.
After several memorable venue visits with Kate and her mother, Kate and Ben entrusted me to create their dream ceremony in a very private Parisian garden — CHUT, the address remains secret.
One of my favorite moments? Their grand entrance on two horses, celebrating Kate’s love for these magnificent animals (and inspiring my son, who still loves playing with them!). The wedding dinner was truly exceptional — not only for the guests, but for me as well. I’m endlessly grateful for their trust in me!
