I can't even put into words how much I appreciate Fiona & all that she did for us. Throughout the planning process Fiona was efficient, communicative, transparent, and turned our vision into a reality. She was flexible with our schedule and never missed a beat. She took care of everything with our vendors, negotiated for us, and took care of every detail. She found every single vendor we used from photographers, make-up, rentals, etc. and we were so happy with them all.
But it's the little things that I will always remember Fiona for. Like how she walked from our hotel to the venue just so she really knew that I'd be able to do it on the day of in my wedding shoes. How she would remember little things mentioned in passing months before. That she always had a hello and a smile for our daughter. How great she was with all of our parents on the day of, and made sure everyone had everything they needed.
Choosing a wedding planner is such an important thing, especially when you are getting married halfway across the world in a country where you don't speak the language! Fiona made it easy. Thank you so much Fiona!

We were SO lucky to find Fiona! My husband and I interviewed a few planners. Most of the planners did not really listen to what we were saying when we talked about what we were looking for in our dream wedding, they only saw dollar signs. Fiona understood our budget and stayed within the confines of our price range. She kept us on track with timing, budgeting, and got us everything we wanted (and more!!). She is organized, hits the brief you give her, solves problems behind closed doors that I didn’t know existed in the moment, has a clear plan on how to bring your vision to life, and we especially loved that she is sustainable-minded, donating leftovers to those in need.
Her emotional intelligence is incredibly high and you can tell she is really passionate about finding the things she knows you will love. Fiona instinctively knows when a bride or groom is happy, satisfied, or is looking for something else. She knew I had a particular venue in mind and she did not give up until we nailed it!
She came with me to my catering tasting when I visited Paris (my husband unfortunately couldn’t make it), and showed me the things to pay attention to, asked questions on our behalf, took notes on everything I liked and didn’t like, and made me feel like I had a confidant and friend in her. She hugged me when I cried seeing my venue for the first time, and at the welcome dinner and on our wedding day, she was there every time I needed her with the sweetest, most calm demeanor and a big smile on her face.
I would pick her a thousand times over - the wedding industry can be overwhelming and finds so many ways to nickel and dime you - I knew I could trust Fiona to go to bat for us on costs and realistically push back when something did not make sense. You definitely need Fiona and here is why… This was the best moment in our life. It was well-prepared up to the very little details. It turned out that Fiona was very helpful and also of good advice throughout the overall planning process which we meant to manage on our own. She always found the right words and ideas to guide us into the direction we wanted. We did under estimate the effort needed for decoration and making the location look pretty. Fortunately we could buy this service from Fiona. She and her associate did such a fantastic job. Up to the very little details they turned a very "cold" Château to a warm and welcoming place, for the day and for the night. They had a perfect idea on where to place what. It made us and everyone else feel comfortable that day. Even today, everyone thinks back with a smile and still feels the love that was in the air. Obviously not everything works as planned during the wedding day but we did not notice anything thanks to Fiona’s professionalism. She and her associate managed all challenges behind the scenes and made our day perfect. Today we laugh about all those details that went wrong without us noticing and finally turned out perfectly well thanks to the professional management of our wedding planners.
